The Estate Dairy cultured butter is churned on The Cholmondeley Estate in the heart of the Cheshire Countryside. Produced with rich double cream it’s truly one of the richest tasting butters on the market.
Using a bespoke Lactobacillus culture yields a rich flavourful Cultured Butter. They culture and age the butter over a 4 day process which results in a beautifully unique product which is then shaped in logs and wrapped by hand.
